These terms govern access to and use of Polyglot Tool. Paid subscriptions are also governed by versioned Subscription Terms that require express acceptance before payment.
Polyglot Tool provides subtitle and document translation, VTT/SRT conversion, creator metadata translation and AI-assisted text humanization. Some functions run in the browser and others on service infrastructure. Automated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed where relevant.
Paid functions require a confirmed account. Users must retain control of their social sign-in providers and report unauthorized use. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, security risk or serious breach.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of technical controls, deliberate infrastructure overload, malware distribution or unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems.
Users retain the rights they hold in submitted content and represent that they have sufficient authority to process it. Polyglot Tool and its proprietary components remain subject to applicable rights and licenses. Temporary job content is not acquired for training merely through use of the service.
Current technical and usage limits are displayed in the tools or plans. The service may evolve for technical, security, legal or product reasons. Material contractual changes will be communicated where legally required.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. For professional or high-risk uses, users must review outputs before relying on them.
Some features depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, analytics or model providers. When you interact with those components, the relevant provider terms and policies may also apply to the extent indicated.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, abuse, serious breach or technical unavailability. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature should survive.
