Version 2026-10-04.v4 · Creator and Pro plans, October 2026 free promotion and billing rules.
Account and billing support: [email protected]
During the eligible campaign a real Stripe subscription is created. The free period ends on 1 November 2026 at 00:00 UTC. The promotion applies only to monthly Creator and monthly Pro. No card or other payment method is requested at signup and no subscription charge is made during the free period.
Free signup does not authorize any later charge. To continue as paid, the user must later opt in through a separate action, accept monthly renewal and the current terms, and only then configure a payment method. Without that acceptance, the subscription ends at the end of the free period without charge.
Creator costs EUR 12.99/month and Pro EUR 29.99/month, plus applicable taxes. Before the first charge, reminders are sent approximately 7 days and 24 hours beforehand; any additional notice required by law is sent within the applicable legal timeframe.
Cancellation prevents future charges and keeps access until the end of the current period. It does not automatically create a refund or credit for unused days. Renewal may be reactivated before period end where the Stripe state permits it. There is no commercial grace period after a failed payment: paid features are suspended until Stripe confirms successful payment.
During the free period, Creator↔Pro changes immediately without charge or proration and without changing the free-period end. After paid service begins, the change is immediate with proration; My Account must show the estimated additional amount or credit and obtain express confirmation before applying it. Downgrade credits are applied to future invoices and are not automatically refunded.
Voluntary refunds are not offered for unused time, except for statutory rights, billing errors or exceptional support decisions. Paid access is maintained while a payment dispute is pending; if it is finally resolved in the customer’s favor and the amount is returned, the associated paid access may be removed.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the user keeps it unless a valid legal exception applies. Immediate service start is requested through a separate unchecked control. That request is not by itself a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights, and mere signup or use is not treated as automatic loss of the right.
Stripe Tax calculates taxes when enabled in LIVE. Checkout may collect tax address and B2B/VAT details. Where applicable, EU VAT is validated through VIES, reverse charge is applied, and the applicable B2C/OSS treatment is used. Invoices include supplied tax details and legally required wording.
From My Account, the Customer Portal can be used to update payment method and billing details, view invoices and cancel. Contract acceptance is versioned with date/time, account, plan, amount and proportionate technical evidence; the policy for this evidence is 3 years unless a longer legal period applies.
