Depending on the service used, we may process account and email data; internal and Google/Microsoft identifiers linked to social sign-in; sessions and confirmations; Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing state; versioned evidence of contractual acceptance; usage required to enforce limits; contact-form messages; technical security data; consent preferences and, where applicable, analytics or advertising data. Server-processed documents and texts are temporary according to published limits. Browser-based SRT/VTT and Creator Bundle workflows do not require their content to be uploaded to the server.
Cloudflare (security/network), Stripe (payments and billing), Brevo (transactional email), Google and Microsoft (social sign-in), and Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Google AdSense may process data when enabled and permitted by applicable consent signals. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers must rely on mechanisms recognized by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, according to the provider’s current documentation.
Account and subscription data are retained while needed to provide the service. Technical contracting evidence, payment-provider events, subscription audit records and configuration backups follow a 3-year policy unless a longer legal period is required. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Where applicable, you may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and consent withdrawal by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in Spain.
Strictly necessary storage is used for security, sessions and preferences. Optional analytics and advertising are conditioned on applicable consent signals and can be changed through cookie preferences.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect accounts, sessions, communications and operational data. No internet-connected service can guarantee zero risk, so users should avoid submitting secrets or sensitive data that are not necessary for the selected feature.
Polyglot Tool is not specifically directed to children. Where a minor uses the service, applicable age, consent and supervision requirements in their jurisdiction must be observed.
We may update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. The update date appears at the top and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
